These photos were taken by the crane operator lifting the Airbus A320 (take-off weight can be up to 169,750 lbs) out of the Hudson River on the night of 17 February into the morning of 18 February.   It has been almost a month since pilot Chesley Sullenberger skillfully splash landed this aircraft after it was crippled by Canada geese during takeoff from LaGuardia Airport.
