Well, the results<\/a> are now official; I did not get a seat on the ARIN AC this year. I will of course continue my activity on the ARIN PPML<\/a> and hopefully make it to (at least one or two of) next years meetings. Who knows, maybe I will run again in 2009!<\/p>\n

Congratulations to everyone who retained and gained seats on both the BoT and the AC!<\/p>\n

From the ARIN-Announce<\/a> list:<\/p>\n

Timothy Denton has been elected and Bill Woodcock has been re-elected to the ARIN Board of Trustees. Each will serve a three-year term commencing 1 January 2009. The ARIN Board of Trustees congratulates Timothy and Bill and looks forward to working with them.<\/p>\n

The Board wishes to thank Vikas Khanna and Richard Swee for their participation as candidates in the Board of Trustees election, and encourages their continued participation in the ARIN community.<\/p>\n

ARIN congratulates Dan Alexander and Bill Darte on their re-election to the ARIN Advisory Council. In addition, ARIN congratulates the following individuals on their election to the ARIN Advisory Council: Marc Crandall, David Farmer, and John Sweeting. Each will serve a three-year
\nterm beginning 1 January 2009.<\/p>\n
