I am humbled and honored to be selected to serve on the AC at this key time in the Internet’s history. In less than a year (likely far less), we will run out of free/unallocated IPv4 addresses. This will (and already is) bring many challenges to bear for all of us, perhaps especially for those committed to providing stewardship for the Internet. I salute everyone willing to take on that burden and am extremely grateful that you selected me to continue my work in this area as a member of the AC.

In return for this honor, I pledge to work diligently to maintain the core principles of the Internet’s evolution in what promises to be a trying three years (and beyond). I will stick to my mantra of openness, transparency and bottom-up consensus-based policy creation. My only goal in winning this seat is to foster this spirit, this community and the Internet itself.

If you have a problem that might be solved through policy or an idea to make our policies better, here in this region or globally, please reach out to me – I would love to help you create positive change!
